On November 4, 5, and 7, employees at the Multicargas Terminal in the Port of Açu held a special workshop to launch the Cais Ideas Platform, an innovative internal platform that encourages active participation in the company’s creative and strategic process.

 

The tool allows employees to contribute directly with suggestions for initiatives and projects that can have a positive impact on our ecosystem. Each idea submitted is available for evaluation and voting by colleagues, and the most voted ideas are highlighted, promoting an environment of collaboration and engagement.

 

The unique feature of the Idea Bank is its gamified approach. Active participation—whether by submitting ideas or voting on others’ ideas—generates points that can be accumulated and exchanged for rewards. This system not only encourages creativity but also creates a more dynamic, motivating, and collaborative environment.

 

This initiative reflects Cais’ commitment to promoting a culture of continuous and participatory innovation, where everyone has a voice and can contribute to collective development.
