In the first week of April, a roundtable discussion on Women in Technology and Innovation was held, promoted by Porto do Açu as part of its efforts to promote diversity and inclusion.

 

The meeting brought together professionals working on different fronts of innovation to discuss topics such as curiosity, initiative, leadership, and collaboration, as well as the importance of strategy and organizational culture as pillars of success in innovative environments.

 

The conversation also featured practical examples, real experiences, and industry trends, promoting a rich exchange of perspectives and experiences.

 

Angela Serpa, from Prumo; Siham Hassan, from Anglo American; and Juliane Carneiro, from Porto do Açu, participated in the roundtable discussion, which was moderated by Amanda dos Santos. The moment was marked by open dialogue, mutual inspiration, and the strengthening of the female presence in strategic and technological areas.
