Cais Açu Lab Celebrates Recognition in the Open Innovation Scenario with Award at 100 Open Startups

An important milestone for CAIS Açu Lab in the open innovation scene, we celebrated a significant advance in the 100 Open Startups Ranking. At the awards ceremony held on the evening of Thursday 17th at the iconic Copacabana Palace, we came 3rd in the Transportation and Logistics sector and 8th in the overall ranking of Middle Corps in the 100 Open Corps 2024.

The Ranking, published since 2016 by 100 Open Startups, is the largest source of data on open innovation in Latin America and an essential reference for companies and investors. This achievement symbolizes our journey of innovation, marked by growth and the building of an increasingly strong ecosystem. Representing the Port of Açu at the awards were Juliane Castro Carneiro, Innovation Coordinator, Eugenio Figueiredo, CEO, and Letícia Villa-Forte, Strategy and Finance Director at Prumo.

In the week of National Innovation Day, we achieved this victory, with the highlight going to our TimAçu and CAIS – Collective of Actions in Sustainability and Innovation.
