At Porto do Açu, we believe that the best ideas come from those who experience the challenges every day. With this purpose, we launched Cais de Ideias, a program by Cais Açu Lab, which has just concluded its first edition with results that make us proud.
Over four months, employees from different areas connected, shared experiences, and turned insights into concrete proposals. Engagement exceeded expectations: more than 240 people actively participated, generating 30 ideas, discussing solutions, and accumulating over 600 interactions on the Cais Açu Lab platform.
Cais de Ideias is structured in 10 stages, forming a complete innovation cycle, with highlights including:
Opening with a keynote session
Workshop with idea generation dynamics
Submission of ideas on the Cais Açu Lab platform
Selection of the 10 finalist ideas (3 by popular vote)
Pitch masterclass
Demoday – presentation of ideas in pitch format
Awards ceremony
💡 The Cais Açu Lab platform is the foundation of the program: a collaborative environment for idea development, with gamified features such as innovation rankings, badges, learning tracks, and participant interactions.
The tool also enables engagement gamification, recognizing the 3 most active employees on the platform, in addition to supporting the management of all program stages.
The closing was marked by an awards ceremony, where we recognized the talent and dedication of the participants. Among the 30 ideas presented, the top 5 were developed by:
